In 2008 through 2015, Tecnie provided complete engineering design and construction management services for Ecuador's largest LPG tanker port (1.4 km).

Services also included a terminal storage facility (100,000 M3) for blending and dispatching in Monteverde, Santa Elena.

In 2018 Tecnie along with UK consulting partrner performed an expert level organizational, technical and economic evaluation of a 300,000 bopd grassroots refinery project for which US$ 1.5 billion  had  already been spent.

The study concluded with a way-forward plan.
